CREATIVE PROCESS
Being able to convey the paralyzing feeling of making a choice; choose what is important, it was extremely difficult.
Only when we lose everything we can look back and carefully observe the "disastrous" chain of events that led us to awareness.

No one educates us to make the right choice. When we are children, others choose for us, growing up we make choices that "seem" right based on our past experiences and our life becomes confused, chaotic and we lose control of it.

From this reflection, our animation is born, "Katharsis". A short film about various common experiences in today's society, from the most trivial to the most relevant (emotionally). Brush your teeth, go to school. find friends, follow traditions, passions, love, acceptance, work, family, life, death, future, past ...

The way we perceive reality, the way we collect information by transforming it into actions and behavior is represented by the "headboxs" of the characters. Whenever a belief is created, it's inserted into the box without them noticing.

With an intentional solitude she is able to look her past memories with more kindness. Clears the box of her mind of all beliefs and after a deep breath, closing eyes, she rediscovers herself.
Her soul speak in the language she knows best: ART.

BEHIND THE SCENE
The animation's scenes is made up of 1000 + frame (24fxs) - uniquely designed, drawn and animated by our team of artists.

The musical track, brillantly created by our musician and friend Andrea Cardone, perfectly accompanies the sensation that i tried to convey with this animation.

I divided the scenes with sequence of eyes closing, to let you experience the story firsthand: my story...not different from yours, or anyone who has experienced the paralyzing feeling of making important choices for their life.
